HOW TO LOGIN TO YOUR WEBSITE

Once your website is launched, Bootstrap Websites will send you an email with website login instructions. The email will prompt you to create a password which will give you access to the back-end of your website. 

From here, you will be able to update your website using a simple drag-and-drop editor.

HOW TO MAKE BASIC WEBSITE EDITS

Once you login to the website editor, you will be able to easily make edits to your website content and images.

HOW TO UPDATE THE INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP DATES ON YOUR WEBSITE

There are two pages on your website that promote your introductory workshop. These two pages include event information plus a link for website visitors to register. It is important to keep the event information up to date, so you will need to update the event dates after each Introductory Workshop. 

The two pages that need to be updated are:
  • The INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP page
  • The UPCOMING EVENTS page

HOW TO MANAGE THE INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FORM

On your website, there are a couple of buttons that people can click in order to complete a registration form for your next Introductory Workshop. When somebody fills out the registration form, their information is added to a Google spreadsheet so that you can see who will be attending your next event. 

This entire process is automated, however it is important that you update the form each month so that the information on the form is accurate and so that the list of registrees stays organized.

You should update your registration form every time you update the Introductory Workshop dates on your website. To update the registration form, just open the registration form from your Google Drive account and follow the instructions in the video below:

HOW TO UPDATE UPCOMING COURSE/WORKSHOP DATES

It is important to keep the event information up to date, so you will need to update the event dates anytime you schedule a new workshop. 

The two pages that need to be updated are:
  • The UPCOMING EVENTS page
  • The COURSES page

HOW TO MANAGE THE BLOG PAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE

Blogging is a great way to show your expertise about a given subject and to add value to your website visitors. The content in your blog posts is also incredibly valuable for search engine optimization. By writing great blog post articles about topics that your target market is interested in, you will greatly improve your ability to drive the right traffic to your website.
