On your website, there are a couple of buttons that people can click in order to complete a registration form for your next Introductory Workshop. When somebody fills out the registration form, their information is added to a Google spreadsheet so that you can see who will be attending your next event.
This entire process is automated, however it is important that you update the form each month so that the information on the form is accurate and so that the list of registrees stays organized.
You should update your registration form every time you update the Introductory Workshop dates on your website. To update the registration form, just open the registration form from your Google Drive account and follow the instructions in the video below:
